Prayer for our Cluster

Lord, may everything we do begin with your inspiration and continue with your help, so all our prayers may begin in you and by you be happily ended.

As we gather and pray in cluster, may we stay in your presence and in your name, may we listen to one another, respect one another, and understand one another. May we be open to the power of your spirit and your will. May we temper justice with love, so all our decisions may be pleasing to you.

O Lord, in your providence you were pleased to choose St. Matthew and St. Anne as our guardians and protectors. We ask their help especially as we plan and seek to discern your will for the future of our faith communities. We ask this so that we may continue to live the life of discipleship for the glory of God, and the good of the church. Amen.
